SteamProfile.Info is now SteamUtility.com!

Wich is the result of ending eventualy confusions to our competitor(s).

Old image URLs of  img.steamprofile.info/<path> links will remain working.

New links will appear as sig.steamutility.com/<path>.

A new signature size has also been released a coupple of minutes ago.

It is a card size (210x100px) and is, like the big sized, a beta version.

This size also intdroduces embeeded overall playtime statistics for the Top3 games.

Furthermore, some tweaks to the big-size signature:

The Top3 gameicons location has been moved a little downstairs to have more room for long profilenames, additional those now have a border arround them, to have a better contrast to the background and go arround the greyish 1x1 pixel spots in the 4 corners, wich is an issue Valve provides ever since.

Also today we released our first early version of our public XML Signature API, wich you can find at http://api.steamutility.com/sig/. For now it is a simplyfied version of what it will become in future.

This API will allow any 3rd party site to generate Steamsignatures on the fly and directly implent those onto their sites or applications. The benefit of this will be that implenting Steamsignatures on forums, or any site or application wich may helds a users steamid already, easier and faster.

There´ll be a small API documentation comming on Monday.

For now it´s only possible to get strict signatures. You can call them by using

http://api.steamutility.com/sig/?steamid=<SteamID>

<SteamID> can be: Community Nick from Steamcommunity URL, SteamID (STEAM_...) or SteamID64 (7656119...).
